Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with RG Oil Center. We take pride in our products and want to ensure they reach you quickly and in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Processing Time

We know you’re excited to start your health care journey! All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
  • During peak holiday seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and have a standardized price. You will see the final price at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your product is on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

4. Secure Packaging

Because our products contain oils, we use secured packaging to prevent leaks and spills during transit.

  • If you receive a bottle that has leaked significantly, please take a photo immediately and contact our customer service team.

5. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. RG Oil Center is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is "Returned to Sender" due to an address error, a re-shipping fee may apply.

6. Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  • Check with neighbours or your building manager.
  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early).
  • Contact us if the package still hasn't arrived after 48 hours of the "Delivered" status.

7. Returns (Hygiene Policy)

Due to the nature of hair care and health related products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed packaging. Please refer to our full Return Policy for more details.
